Mens Hostel :
It is Located at the west end of the campus. The building has been oriented in a east west direction to benefit from the north south winds. This also helps to avoid sun beating. It is a beautiful building with a unique ambience. The central courtyard is well suited for evening reading are available. This hostel has the following facilities.

The technical sciences Block
The technical sciences campus have new luxurious hostels that have ample facilities which places it years ahead of competing institutes. The lay out of the plan and the design of the rooms have been executed only after careful analysis that shows itself through to anybody who visits the building.
Built upon an extremely ambitious planning, it is never inadequate to anyone’s eyes. These extensively expanding buildings at present support over 500 inmates.

Application Procedures :
For joining the hostel, the applicant has to apply to the office furnishing his full name father’s name, year of studies, course of study, complete address and required boarding facility. A passport size photograph has to be attached with the application form.
The application is used for the purpose of details about the inmates in the hostel and for future communication.
Terms and conditions :
- The inmates are informed to abide the rules and regulations of the institution.
- All inmates are required to return to hostel before 10 p.m. for Men’s Hostel and 6.00 p.m. for ladies hostel.
- All inmates are informed to maintain the hostel campus clean and to switch off the main switch of their rooms when they are away.
- All are informed to follow the mess timings.
- If there are any queries in mess, they are instructed to inform the warden and instructed not to deal with the mess workers directly.
- Mess concession will be given, if the student has taken continuously leave for 5 or more days.
- Inmates are instructed not to encourage outsiders to stay in the hostel.
- Prior permission or intimation should be given to the warden regarding the absence of the student in the hostel.
Additional facility request :
The boarding facility is designed in such a way to meet the demands of the students.
If the student requires air-conditioning facility, cooler etc. A request may be given to the warden. Separate metering facility will be arranged. The warden after analyzing the request will take the final decision.
Visiting scholars :
Visiting scholars for MFDS course, conventions etc. are accommodated in separate wing in the hostel. Separate 25 rooms have been allotted for these purpose along with mess facilities.
Renewal policy :
The inmates has to renew their request for continual staying. The application is valid for one year. At the end, inmates have to file a new application furnishing the full details about them.
