The best outgoing student of every year is awarded full tuition fee waiver for the subsequent year. b. The best outgoing dental graduate is awarded a postgraduate seat of his/her choice. c. The 2nd and 3rd rank holders are sent to Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons, Glasgow, UK for an externship program on complete sponsorship from the University.

The main thrust of our curriculum is to equip our students with a wealth of applied knowledge, best technical expertise and confidence in handling any kind of clinical problem. Nine new subjects are taught in the Dental Curriculum namely Behavioral Science and Fundamentals of Dentistry in the first year, Dental Armamentarium and Forensic Odontology in the second year, Medical Emergencies in Dental Practice and Dental Imaging in the third year, Aesthetic dentistry and Implantology in the final year. Our university is the only institution in India where clinical postings are introduced from the first year. Our BDS curriculum is unique with a semester pattern of examinations.

Intercollegiate Seminars and Conferences are hoisted every year at national level for Undergraduate and Postgraduate students by the University to encourage all the students to present papers and posters. Also, the Students are regularly sent to various places across India to participate in National Conferences and workshops.

An exclusive Animal house and central lab in the auspices of BRULAC is functioning in the campus with an area of 10000 sq.ft. The Animal house is CPCEA certified and has facilities to handle large animals like goats and dogs, apart from guinea pigs and albino mice.
