Transport for Health Science Campus :
The Institution has transport facilities for the benefit of staff and students. The college runs 4 buses and 1 Swaraj Mazda Mini Buses from different parts of the city. It also has an ambulance, a medical van specially running for Oral Cancer Research Project and a Mobile Dental Clinic for community and rural service.

Saveetha Engineering College Campus :
The Institution has transport facilities for the benefit of staff and students. The college runs 13 buses and 1 Swaraj Mazda Mini Buses from different parts of the city. Students may kindly be available at the respective bus stop 10 minutes before the announced timing The buses will leave the campus at 3.45 PM. A special trip is also available every evening at 4.45 PM. Students are strictly instructed not to get down anywhere from the bus, on the way to College.
