Dr. R. Rajagopal belongs to the 1964 BDS Batch of Dental Wing, Madras Medical College. He did his MDS in Orthodontics in the year 1982. He worked as Asst. Professor and promoted as Associate Professor of Orthodontics in 1994 at Tamil Nadu Govt. Dental College. In 1999 he joined as Professor & H.O.D. of Orthodontics and Director of PG Studies at Saveetha Dental College. In 2005 he was nominated as Vice Chancellor of Saveetha University. He has published many articles in National and International Journals. He won best clinical paper award twice and President’s Rolling Trophy of Indian Orthodontic Society. He made a Scientific Presentation at an International Association of Dental Research Conferences held at Hawaii, U.S.A. in 2004.
